Advice on staying on the right side of the law when commenting.

In this video the Black Belt Barrister explains what the law on free speech is at the time of writing (look out for changes). We want our readers, writers and commentators to avoid inadvertently breaking the law, which we advocate changing as it is oppressive and unnecessarily restrictive of free speech. Nevertheless it is the law and you should be aware of it when posting.

So far we have seen nothing that, in our opinion, breeches tthe letter of the law. Let's keep it that way.
