A former head of the Met has said that police have 'no powers to investigate or interview “suspects” in non-crime hate incidents,' after a report finds that the police are spending 60,000 hours a year investigating them. That's 2,500 man-days per year. And FSB thinks that's almopst certainly an under-estimate.
