Israel has signed a 21 day ceasefire deal with Hezbollah, carefully timed to allow the UK and Britain to suggest that it was their pressure that made it happen. Most likely however, Israel had never intended an invasion, as it's military and society is at full stretch.

And Desperate Dan Zelensky dismissed China’s sensible peace proposals - barely reported in the West - as insincere and treacherous at the U.N. General Assembly on Wednesday, insisting only his own proposals can bring “real and just peace” and then launching off on a bizarre rant about Russia causing a new Chernobyl at a Ukrainian power plant.
