This is Part 3 of a series of articles based on The Counter Revolution. This deals with the provisions of The Counter Revolution for the establishment of an immigrant Resettlement Scheme and for ensuring National Coherence with total ending of all immigration. Page references are to Edition 20 of the book.
Over many decades, the corrupt British Ruling Elite (on the orders of the International Hierarchy) stealthily and maliciously brought into the UK huge numbers of non-white immigrants with alien cultures to deliberately cause lethal social breakdown in Britain by destroying British cultural identity, social cohesion and national unity. These immigrants (at least since 1990) were largely adventurers lured entirely by the promise of State Benefits. The Elite were not concerned about the quality of those they recruited, and so the vast majority of these immigrants were parasites with no interest in assimilating into the existing nation, culture or population.
White people are now a minority in major British cities. If this process is allowed to continue, the original people of Britain are destined to be a racial minority in the whole country at the latest by 2066, and probably much earlier.
The Counter Revolution will not allow this to occur.
Accordingly the following reforms will be put in place—details of these proposals are more fully set out in section "NATIONAL COHERENCE" [see page 1229 of The Counter Revolution].
Britain will unilaterally withdraw from all international treaties and arrangements, and all international "law" which in any way limit Britain's ability to put into effect any part of the provisions of The Counter Revolution.
ALL IMMIGRATION WILL BE ENDED
All immigration to Britain (including chain migration) will be stopped immediately, completely and permanently. The present immigration and asylum provisions will be abolished. British Citizenship will only be granted in very rare circumstances. There will be completely new and very restricted arrangements for people who wish to come to this country; there will be no legal entitlement. Access to Britain, if approved, will only be on a temporary Work Permit.
British Citizenship will be required for entitlement to facilities and to any State Benefits.
THERE WILL BE AN IMMIGRANT RESETTLEMENT SCHEME
There will an immigrant resettlement scheme for resettling immigrants out of the country. The guiding and overriding principle of The Counter Revolution is that all people who have come to this country as immigrants under the deliberate policies of the corrupt British Ruling Elite (controlled by the International Hierarchy) in order to destroy this society and civilisation and to advance the policy of White Replacement, must nevertheless all be treated fairly in accordance with the Universal Spiritual Laws. As provided in the Modern Catechism of The Counter Revolution, all of these people of whatever race, religion or material situation or status in life, are at one with the One Source, the ONE CONSCIOUSNESS and so in their spiritual essence they are identical to everyone else. However, this does not mean that they can all stay in the country with British Citizenship as that would be unfair to the original people of this country who never agreed to the invasion. There has to be reconciliation between these two issues. Most of the immigrants must therefore leave the country, but they must have conditions provided for them in another country which are largely equivalent to the conditions they were given in this country.
All British Citizenship granted on or after 1 January 1990 (unless granted on grounds of marriage) will be cancelled, subject to the right to apply for reinstatement.
The many millions of immigrants who were maliciously brought to this country on the orders of the International Hierarchy as part of the International Agenda and who had been given British Citizenship on or after 1 January 1990, will be given the opportunity to be voluntarily resettled out of this country ("the Voluntary Resettlement Scheme"). Using Sovereign Money, many Garden Cities of high quality will be constructed outside the UK and each Resettlement Person will be provided with a home there (with legal ownership of the property being transferred to the Resettlement Person) together with lifetime free health care, education facilities and welfare for them and their families. This will be the largest publicly funded construction scheme ever organised in the history of the country.
It is expected that the vast majority of Resettlement Persons will be very willing and happy to participate in the Voluntary Resettlement Scheme as they will have the opportunity of owning their own new property without any personal cost to themselves—when often they had come to this country without any assets at all—and moreover they still have the State Benefits which drew them to the country in the first place, although they will receive them outside this country.
It is believed that there will be no shortage of countries willing to be Resettlement Countries hosting Garden Cities, for the large capital investment in their country would be without cost to them and they would receive large numbers of new citizens with regular incomes guaranteed by Britain, who would bring very welcome cash and economic activity—together with the new infrastructures of transport facilities, healthcare and education. Moreover, if the Resettlement Country fully co-operates with the Voluntary Resettlement Scheme they will have all their National Debt owed to British banks discharged—the money originally loaned was created by the banks concerned "out of thin air" and if the debt is voided by statute no depositor or creditor will lose any money because no depositors or creditors advanced their own money in the original loans; the banks' balance sheets will be adjusted by allowing the bank to retain the "loans" as "statutory adjustments" so assets and liabilities are balanced.
The main expense of the Voluntary Resettlement Scheme is the capital cost involved in constructing the Resettlement Garden Cities. This will be funded in part by redirecting much of the very large Foreign Aid budget (£15 billion in 2023, much of which is already spent on "refugees" in the UK) and in part by interest free Sovereign Money created by the Bank of England specifically for the purpose. It is obviously not possible to be precise about the total cost as that will depend on contracts negotiated at the time between the Government and construction companies, and on the number of houses needed—one for each family applying. As the expense will be spread over a number of years, it is hoped that the capital cost will not exceed £25 billion in any year (and could be much less). According to the BBC, the sum wasted by the Government COVID-19 programme could have been well over £400 billion. This is an extraordinary and unique one-off situation, similar to the German Reunification costs where reunification was deemed to be essential and the German people were prepared to pay any price necessary. Valuing the Scheme in purely financial terms is therefore quite inappropriate. The success or failure of this Scheme will determine whether the British nation survives or not—as during WWII—so any consideration of finance is ridiculous, as no financial value can be placed on that.
Introducing a Sovereign Monetary System [see page 1363] will enable interest free Sovereign Money to be created by the Bank of England. The money will not have to be borrowed by the Government as would have been the case under the present corrupt Fractional Reserve Monetary System (which will be abolished on the introduction of the Sovereign Monetary System).
The revenue costs in health, education and other State Benefits would have had to be paid for such Resettlement Persons in any event had they remained in Britain—so there is very little extra costing.
This Scheme would be a win-win-win situation. It would be of benefit to all concerned. Firstly, the Resettlement Persons will have a new start in life with a new house and guaranteed regular incomes. Secondly, the Resettlement Countries will have very great benefit from the capital investment and having a large number of new citizens with long term guaranteed incomes introduced into their economies. Thirdly, the long term plans of the International Agenda for the complete destruction of British society will have been thwarted and there will then be a great opportunity to strengthen and enhance British cultural integrity, social cohesion and national unity. The only group who will be against the Scheme will be the Collaborators who see their key weapon of destruction being neutralised.
ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS
There will be special arrangements applying to Illegal Immigrants.
An "Illegal Immigrant" means any person who either (1) entered Britain illegally at any timebut who had not been given British Citizenship before 23 June 2016, or (2) entered Britain illegally on or after 23 June 2016 (including those later granted British Citizenship).
The British Ruling Elite have encouraged, organised and funded a deliberate flood of huge numbers of illegal fighting-age male African and Muslim mercenaries into the country; these mercenaries even now greatly outnumber the British Army, and are clearly to be used in due course by the Elite to crush any opposition by white British people with all necessary brutality and savagery (as the Elite know that they could not rely on white soldiers or white policemen firing on their own race and countrymen).
All Illegal Immigrants and mercenaries will be instructed to return to their original country; if they fail to do so then they will be treated as prisoners of war. Accordingly they will be interned for the rest of their lives; they will not receive any State Benefits and they cannot be employed; however, they can return to their original countries whenever they wish to do so. They will not be entitled to take advantage of the Voluntary Resettlement Scheme.
THERE WILL BE NATIONAL COHERENCE
There will only be one culture and only one officially recognised language (Welsh excepted). All other cultures and languages will be eliminated. British cultural identity, social cohesion and national unity will be greatly strengthened and enhanced. It will be a COLOUR-BLIND culture, and race will be made completely irrelevant.
The Principles of National Coherence will be implemented [see page 1235].
There will be ruthless suppression of all those deliberately causing racial conflict. There will be a new and fairer definition of "racism". The new and fairer definition of "racism" is that racism means shunning or demeaning a person because of their PHYSICAL race type. A person cannot change their PHYSICAL race type as they were born with that, but they can change their character and behaviour, and should do so if those negatively impact on another person's legitimate comfort or welfare. To criticise or object to a person's behaviour, culture, religion, clothing, language, practices or way of life will NOT be racist or "anti-semitic". All accusations of "racism", unless based on the new and fairer definition of racism, will be prohibited.
Hate Crimes will be abolished.
All laws, policies, requirements and organisations relating to multiculturalism, "diversity" and racial and cultural quotas will be repealed and/or prohibited.
Referring to racial groups or a person's physical race type will be prohibited. British Citizens will be referred to as "British", and never as "White", "Black" or "Asian" etc. Describing a person as "White", "Black" or "Asian" is loathsome and intended to divide. Hyphenated race descriptions (such as Asian-British) will be prohibited.
All bodies, events and organisations specifically characterised by race (such as the National Black Police Association), will be illegal and closed down. Anti-White Hate will be prohibited.
Only British Citizens born in Britain with at least one grandparent born in Britain can stand as a candidate in an election.
