The State of The United States – The Questions and the Unravelling

A recently popular issue in the US is President Biden’s pardon for his son, Hunter Biden, which lets Hunter off doing any time in jail resulting from the two court convictions this year.

The fact of President Biden lying to the American people about this over the last six months is almost irrelevant. Most observers knew that there wasn’t the slightest chance that Biden would let his son spend any time in jail. Apart from anything else, as evidenced by the contents of his laptop, Hunter Biden really does know where most of the bodies are buried, although his memory may be a little blurred after years of heavy use of crack cocaine.

On the first case of lying when buying a handgun, which saw him convicted by a jury in Delaware, Hunter Biden was liable to up to 17 years in jail, which seems harsh.

On the second, in which he pleaded guilty to tax evasion on $1.40 million of unpaid taxes, he was likely to be sentenced to another 15 years in jail. Both convictions are felonies in US law, and lesser citizens have been banged up for similar offences for long sentences.

Allowing for consecutive sentences, and ‘good behaviour’, Hunter Biden was looking at a minimum of eight years in jail. Given that ‘good behaviour’ means no drugs, I’d guess he’d probably have spent more time in jail….who knows?

The US IRS is renowned for prosecuting all those who default on, or seek to evade, paying taxes by whatever means. They used their laws, and enforcement of the laws, to bring Al Capone to justice when all else had failed in 1931.

It’s ironic that President Biden’s so-called ‘Inflation Reduction Act’ included a provision for an increase of up to 80,000 staff for the IRS, with an additional $80.0 billion funding. All the new staff would be pledged to investigate and root out citizens who don’t pay their full amount of Federal taxes.

The IRS whistleblowers in the Hunter Biden case have remained castigated and unpaid by the IRS since they broke cover in the US Congressional Hearings in 2023 into Biden Family Inc. I wonder how they feel about this?

The nature, and form, of President Biden’s Pardon, under the Constitutional provisions allowed for a President are uniquely all-embracing.

They specifically describe the terms of the pardon to include all, and any, acts of Hunter Biden from 1st January 2014 to 1st December 2024. Coincidentally, 2014 is the year in which Hunter Biden, and his business partner Devon Archer in Rosemont Seneca, took their seats on the board of Burisma. Burisma, owned by Mikolay Zlochevsky, runs oil and gas plants in Ukraine. Neither Hunter Biden, nor Devon Archer, had any experience or qualifications in oil and gas, much less any knowledge of Ukraine. Zlochevsky is one of Ukraine’s wealthiest post-Soviet, bent oligarchs. Ukraine’s rating on corruption rivals that of Russia.

Hunter Biden’s other partners in Rosemont Seneca include Tony Bobulinski, who’s in jail, and John Kerry’s stepson, Chris Heinz, who isn’t…yet. Devon Archer is in jail but won’t be doing much more time.

From 2008, during Joe Biden’s time as VP to Obama, to 2016, Hunter Biden’s ‘investment vehicle’, Rosemont Seneca, was running business with CEFC on oil and gas, in China and US, and a range of interests from Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, and Mexico, apart from Ukraine.

The full extent of these business relationships has yet to be established. The two US Congressional Committees charged with the investigations were obstructed by various US Government agencies, and offshore banking accounts were impossible to access without support from US Federal agencies which withheld cooperation with the enquiries.

Nevertheless, the initially suppressed Hunter Biden laptop offered a trove of data and details of transactions, most notoriously the breakdown in the shareholding/profits on the CEFC/China deal which reserved ‘10% for the Big Guy’.

Bear in mind that the laptop which was castigated as ‘probably Russian disinformation’ by 51 ‘intelligence experts’ some 20 days before the Presidential Election in November 2020, was, miraculously, validated and used by the DoJ in the prosecution of Hunter Biden in Delaware in June this year. Odd?

As the self-professed ‘Average Guy from Scranton’ who has only ever been employed as a ‘servant/representative’ of the State, with zero business interests, Joe Biden is supposed to be worth over $40.0 million by conservative estimates. I’d guess that ‘Biden Family Inc.’ is probably worth a little more than this, by a factor of 5.

$200.0 million isn’t a massive amount of money by US standards, but it is quite a lot more than you’d expect to be accountable for a man who has spent his entire professional life as a ‘servant/representative’ of his people.

The question for many people in the US is whether the congressional enquiries into ‘Biden Family Inc’, which include Jim Biden and the rest of the family, as well as Hunter and the President, will grind to a halt with only half a case made. Half a case, last time I looked, amounted to sound evidence on about $35.0 million in graft, including the famous ‘10% to the Big Guy’.

Trump may call for a moratorium on this and let Biden shuffle off the stage with a few shreds of his dignity left, although the ‘cleansing/sweeping’ of the swamp may not permit this. We shall see how the new DoJ, the FBI, and the two houses of Senate and Congress choose to address this issue.

An example which came to light some years ago will be difficult to avoid, and offers an example of ‘conspiracy’ theories turning into factual accounts:

Back in 2022 Russia complained to the UN about ‘Biolabs’ having been built by the US in Ukraine. In fact, Russia had first complained about this in 2018. The fact of the matter, which is now becoming more exposed, was revealed some years ago by The Gateway Pundit, a well-known right-wing, conspiracy theory-promoting website.

The Gateway Pundit had, book, chapter, and verse on this five years ago. I can’t cite the pages today as I’m reluctant to cough up the subscriptions to this US website in case I find myself on a ‘list’ in the UK.

From memory, and recent disclosures in the press, the US built 25 biolabs in Ukraine from 2012-2016. That’s quite a few millions of dollars at about $5-10.0 million per unit.

The principal contractors were Black and Veatch, a longtime US Department of Defense contractor, funded by the DoD, supported by the technical/laboratory inputs from Metabiota. Back in 2013, a new investor in Metabiota was Rosemont Seneca.

Hmm…Spot the link?

Please feel free to challenge, criticise, and refute any or all parts of this story. I’d be very happy to learn more about this. As things stand, I’d suggest that President Biden is hoping that he’s put a lid on the entire story and his family’s involvement in making a few dollars in Ukraine, China, and elsewhere, from 2008 to 2018. Not a few people in the DNC would also be happy to see the money-laundering allegations through Ukraine laid to rest.

I notice that Democrats have now started calling for more Presidential Pardons from Biden and have named Dr Anthony Fauci as someone who should receive such a pardon. This is puzzling as nobody is actually suggesting what crimes Dr Fauci might be guilty of, although I can think of a few related to his handing over millions of dollars to Eco-Health Alliance to fund the Wuhan Institute of Virology into a field research which had had been banned in the US from 2014 for three years, and deleting a plethora of emails between Dr Fauci and Dr Daszak on the subject? I daresay that other charges might come about and Democrats are looking to protect Dr Fauci from the consequences of his actions?

As we look to next year, I’d forecast an unravelling – in French, a ‘degringolade’ – as a report cites some 26 FBI ‘Confidential Human Sources’ who were present in the crowd in the 2021 January 6th riot and invasion of The Capitol Building, none of whom were ever charged in some 1,500 cases which arose from this.

Ray Epps, a bloke who featured prominently as somebody inciting protestors to invade the building has been the subject of investigations by Revolver, and others, from early on in 2021. Here is their latest coverage:, and here.

The outgoing Head of the FBI, Christopher Wray, has spent the last three and a half years denying any FBI involvement in the January 6th events. In his Congressional testimony he lied about this, which legally is a felony.

It remains the truth that the only person who died on January 6th, 2021, as a result of being shot by a Capitol Police Officer, at short range, was Ashley Babbit, who was unarmed. No evidence, whatsoever, has been produced of any protestors/rioters being armed which somewhat belies the popularly promoted media concept of this being an insurrection. Few insurrections that I’m aware of include guards pulling barriers back to allow protestors to pass, much less escort some of these around the off-limits property.

Regrettably, but necessarily, there will be a re-run of the J6 Congressional Enquiry before too long. This time around, one hopes that the full facts will be available to the Congressional committee charged with establishing the facts of the matter and dealing with the many instances of perjury which were committed by some of those who testified in front of the Congressional J6 committee.

The White House intern’s evidence, in which she testified to seeing Donald Trump attempting to ‘grab the wheel’ of his Presidential vehicle and direct this to The Capitol, was almost as risible and fake as was the serious attention given to this by the J6 Committee. The laws of gymnastics combined with a knowledge of the vehicle in question might have offered a clue. The woman in question has since recanted her bizarre narrative, and yet remains at liberty after lying under oath to a Committee of Congress.

It will cost more time, money, and effort, but it’s probably essential that the record gets set straight. Unlike some of our multi-million pounds enquiries in the UK which run for many years, I’d expect that Donald Trump’s J6 enquiry will last two months, max, and come to a useful conclusion. The results will impact within a short time.

Monday, January 20th, next year will be momentous. My guess is that the shock waves from this will be hitting UK and the rest of Europe by March 2025. They will impact on the UN and its WHO soon afterwards.

The times are ‘a ‘changing’. I’m rather hopeful that they’re going the right way…for a change. Fingers crossed.
